Business Card and Flyer Printing in Port Shepstone

A business card is still the cheapest piece of marketing you will ever hand over, and a flyer still fills a hall. ePrinters designs and prints both from our studio at Oslo Beach, Port Shepstone. You get a proof to approve before anything runs, and the artwork stays on file so a reprint next year is a phone call rather than a redesign.

If you do not have artwork, that is normal. Design is part of what we do, not an extra service you have to arrange somewhere else first.

What we print

Business Cards

Single or double-sided, matt or gloss laminated. Laminate is worth it on a card that lives in a wallet.

Flyers and Handbills

A6 to A4, single or double-sided, for promotions, events, church notices and specials.

Posters

A3 up to large format, indoor or weatherproof, for events, notices and shopfront specials.

Letterheads and Invoices

Company letterheads, quotation and invoice books, including duplicate and triplicate NCR books.

Programmes and Booklets

Funeral programmes, church and school programmes, event booklets, folded or stapled.

Certificates and Notepads

Award and attendance certificates, branded notepads, and desk pads for offices and schools.

Funeral programmes at short notice

Funeral programmes are the one print job where the deadline is not negotiable and nobody has time to shop around. Bring or send us the photograph, the order of service and the names, and we will lay it out, send you a proof to check the spelling of every name, and print. Tell us the date of the service when you first make contact so we can plan production around it rather than promise something we cannot hold to.

Sending us your artwork

A print-ready PDF at 300dpi in CMYK with 3mm bleed is ideal. We also accept JPEG and PNG. Send what you have and we will check it before it goes on press, at no charge, and tell you if anything needs attention.

Two things catch people out most often. The first is a logo pulled from a website or a social media page, which is too low resolution to print sharply. The second is text sitting right on the edge of the page, which gets trimmed off. Both are fixable, and both are cheaper to fix before printing than after.

What it costs

Business cards, flyers and stationery are priced on quantity, size, paper stock and finish, so a single figure on a web page would be misleading. Send us the quantity and the size and we will come back with a firm price rather than a range you cannot plan around.

Where our prices are fixed we publish them. Display and signage pricing is listed openly on our shop, starting at R70 for large format stickers, R85 for posters and R90 for correx boards.

Printing questions

No fixed minimum on digital work. Short runs of business cards, programmes and certificates are printed regularly. Longer runs bring the price per unit down, so it is worth telling us if you expect to reorder.
Most standard print orders are ready within a few working days of proof approval. If you are working to a fixed date, say so when you request the quote and we will confirm whether we can meet it before you commit.
Yes. Design is included in the quote rather than billed separately. You approve a proof before production, and the final print-ready files are yours.
Yes. Collection from our Oslo Beach studio is available for all print and stationery orders once the job is ready. We will let you know when it is done.
Yes. We keep your artwork on file. Give us the job and the quantity and we will requote without redoing the design work.
Regularly. Newsletters, programmes, certificates, attendance registers and event posters are ordinary work for us across Port Shepstone and Gamalakhe.
