Vehicle Branding and Signage in Port Shepstone

A branded vehicle works every day it is on the road. It parks outside a customer premises, sits in the queue on the R61, and gets seen by people who would never have found you online. ePrinters designs, prints and fits vehicle graphics from our studio at Oslo Beach, which means one team handles the artwork, the vinyl and the installation, and one person is accountable if something is not right.

We use cast and calendered vinyl chosen to suit the panel and the expected life of the branding, printed on our Roland SG3-540 and laminated before it goes anywhere near your paintwork.

Published wrap prices: a full hatchback wrap is R17,000 and a full LDV or panel van wrap is R24,900. Contravision rear window graphics are R600, magnetic door signs are R450 a pair, and cut vinyl lettering starts at R180. Partial wraps and door decals are quoted on the panels involved, because a bakkie door is not a bonnet.

What we brand

Full Vehicle Wraps

Complete colour change or full graphic coverage across every panel, cut and fitted to the contours of your vehicle.

Partial Wraps and Door Decals

Logo, contact details and services on the doors, bonnet and tailgate. The most common choice for a working bakkie or van.

Bakkie Canopies and Trailers

Canopy sides, tailgates and trailer panels branded to match the rest of your fleet.

Fleet Branding

Consistent artwork applied across multiple vehicles, with files kept on record so vehicle number seven matches vehicle number one.

Window and Windscreen Graphics

One-way perforated vinyl for rear windows and cut vinyl lettering for windscreen strips, legal and clear from the inside.

Magnetic and Removable Branding

Removable panels for personal vehicles, leased vehicles or seasonal promotions where permanent vinyl is not wanted.

Shopfront and building signage

The same team that brands your vehicle produces the signage on your building, which keeps your identity consistent between the two. We manufacture and install:

  • Shopfront fascia signage on ACP, Perspex or correx, sized to your frontage
  • Cut vinyl lettering for windows, doors and interior walls
  • Illuminated and non-illuminated panel signs
  • Directional and safety signage for premises, sites and parking areas
  • Correx and vinyl site boards for construction and property

Portable display signage is priced on our shop. X-frame banners run from R580, roll-up banners from R850 at 850 × 2000 mm, sharkfin flags from R1,200 and double-sided A-frames from R2,150. Fixed signage is quoted per job, because the price depends on the substrate, the size and what is behind the wall.

How a vehicle branding job runs

  1. Measure and discuss. Send us the make, model and year, or bring the vehicle to Oslo Beach. We work off accurate panel templates rather than guessing.
  2. Design and proof. Our designers lay the artwork onto a template of your actual vehicle so you can see the finished result before anything is printed. Design is included in the quote.
  3. Print and laminate. Once you approve the proof we print, laminate and cut. Laminate is what stops the print fading in South Coast sun and salt air.
  4. Fit. We install at our studio or at your premises. Allow most of a day for a full wrap and about two hours for door decals.
  5. Files kept on record. Your artwork stays on file, so a replacement panel or an extra vehicle later does not mean starting the design again.

Where we work

We fit vehicle branding and signage across the KZN South Coast: Port Shepstone, Oslo Beach, Marburg, Gamalakhe, Shelly Beach, Uvongo, Margate, St Michaels-on-Sea, Ramsgate, Southbroom, Hibberdene and Port Edward. Our studio is at 2 Hillside Crescent Road, Oslo Beach, Port Shepstone, based at the CFERI facility at eSayidi TVET College.

Vehicle branding questions

Quality vinyl applied to sound factory paint and removed properly does not damage the paint underneath. It generally protects it. The risk is with resprayed panels, where the respray itself can lift if the paint was not cured or prepared correctly. Tell us if a panel has been resprayed and we will advise before we fit.
Laminated cast vinyl on a vehicle kept outdoors on the coast typically holds colour for several years. Salt air and constant direct sun are harder on vinyl than inland conditions, which is why we laminate as standard rather than as an extra.
Yes. Vinyl is removed with heat and takes time rather than force. This matters for leased or financed vehicles that have to be returned in original condition.
A vector file is ideal. If all you have is a low resolution logo or a photograph of your old signage, our designers can redraw it. That redraw is part of the design work included in your quote.
Turnaround depends on the size of the job and the current production schedule. Tell us your deadline when you request the quote and we will confirm a date in writing rather than leave you guessing.
Yes. Fleet work is scheduled so vehicles come in staggered and you are not without your whole fleet at once.
