These terms apply when you order from ePrinters, whether through this website, on WhatsApp, by phone, by email or at our studio. Please read them together with our Refund and Returns Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Quotes and prices

• All prices are in South African rand.
• Prices on product pages apply to the options shown. Custom work is priced on a quote, which sets out what is included.
• If you need us to design or fix your artwork, we confirm the artwork cost with your proof, before anything is printed.
• If a price on this website is wrong because of an obvious error, we will contact you before we process your order. You can then go ahead at the correct price or cancel.

Placing an order and paying

• Your order is accepted once we confirm it with you.
• We accept EFT and cash.
• Custom work needs a 50% deposit before we start. The balance is payable as set out in your quote or invoice.
• Product photos on this website show examples of our work. Your order is made to the specifications in your quote and your approved proof.

Your artwork and proofs

• Send us your logo, artwork or idea. If you do not have artwork, we design it for you.
• We check the artwork you supply before printing and tell you if anything needs attention, such as a low-resolution logo or text too close to the edge.
• Before anything is produced, we send you a proof to approve. Please check it carefully. We print exactly what you approve.
• If you supply artwork, photos or text, you confirm that you have the right to use them, including any logos, trade marks or images that belong to someone else.
• Colours on a screen can look slightly different in print. If an exact colour matters, tell us before you approve the proof.

Who owns the artwork

Once you have paid in full, the final print-ready files of your design are yours. We keep a copy on file so reorders are quick and match, unless you ask us to delete it.

Turnaround

How long an order takes depends on the product, the size of the job and our production schedule. We confirm the expected time when we quote. If you have a fixed deadline, tell us when you ask for the quote and we will confirm whether we can meet it before you commit.

Collection, delivery and installation

• Orders are collected from our studio in Oslo Beach. We let you know when your order is ready.
• If you need delivery, ask us. The cost depends on where you are and is confirmed with your quote.
• Signs, displays and vehicle branding are installed by our own team. We will agree a date and the site requirements with you.
• For vehicle branding, tell us if any panel has been resprayed. Vinyl can lift a respray that was not properly cured or prepared, and we will advise you before we fit it.

Faulty goods, returns and cancellations

If something is wrong with your order, or you want to cancel, our Refund and Returns Policy explains what happens.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for the quality of the goods we make and the work we do, as the Consumer Protection Act requires. We are not responsible for losses caused by errors in a proof you approved, by content you supplied, or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law.

Disputes

If you are unhappy with anything, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You can also approach the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or the National Consumer Commission. These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
